Drawing on Masters degrees in Coaching and Psychology Shirley will be able to set you up for success by explaining the science behind your results to ensure you leave the debrief more confident and motivated to work on your chosen wellbeing goals. She is also a certified debriefer, trainer and coach for the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey.

Kirsten McKenna

A registered provisional psychologist and experienced wellbeing coach Kirsten has over 20 years of international corporate experience in leadership and personal development.

Passionate about positive change and impact, Kirsten encourages individuals to foster a growth mindset as she walks them through their PERMAH Wellbeing Survey results. Her warm nature and pragmatic approach enable Kirsten to develop an authentic connection with each of her clients.

Kirsten also holds accreditations in Education, Strengths Profiler, Neuroleadership and Mental Toughness. She is a certified debriefer, facilitator and coach for the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey.
