As Head of Coaching at the Michelle McQuaid Group, Shirley is passionate about the power of coaching as a tool that can lead to profound learning and behaviour change in others. A specialist career development and wellbeing coach Shirley is well-versed in the ways emotional and social hazards can show up for people at work and able to guide them to proactively plan ways to minimise the hazard.
Shirley combines knowledge from her Masters degrees in Coaching Psychology and Psychology with her natural curiosity and genuine enthusiasm to create a supportive coaching relationship that helps people to achieve their goals.
As an Indigenous New Zealander Shirley is very experienced coaching diverse individuals one-to-one, in small groups, across multiple industries in many countries.
